Alana is certified to teach on all Pilates equipment. She also teaches mat classes in which only a mat and sometimes small props are used. Alana is also certified to teach Pre and Post Natal Pilates.
Pilates in your Home
Alana teaches 55 minute Pilates sessions in your Manhattan home. You don’t need a lot of room- just enough space for your mat. Home sessions are for individuals, couples, and small groups.
Pilates in your Office
A popular choice for people who don’t have time to leave the office to work out. These sessions are typically held in conference rooms or the company gym. Office sessions can be for individuals or groups. This service is only offered in Manhattan.
Pilates at Living Proof & NYC Pilates Gym
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday Alana teaches sessions at Living Proof, a studio in midtown Manhattan and at NYC Pilates Gym on the Upper East Side. Both studios are fully equipped Pilates studios (reformers, Cadillac, chair, barrels). Living Proof also offers strength training and nutrition services. Mommy and Me Pilates Classes
Tone your entire body while enjoying time with your baby! This workout ideally begins 6 weeks after giving birth. Workouts can be scheduled for 30, 45 or 55 minutes.
